Returns and Refund Policy

Easy Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a full refund. We believe this gives you plenty of time to make sure your purchase is just right.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original packaging if possible.

3. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
• Refund Approval: After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
